REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, REPLACEMENTS
My policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your item, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
As the print(s) is/are under your responsibility until it reaches me, it is recommended that the parcel is sent using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods. The return cost of the item to me is your responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If everything is in order, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Delays and untracked orders
Please note that if you place your order with the untracked shipping method, I will not be able to provide a tracking number. The Sense of Doubt takes no responsibility for any lost parcels. The Sense of Doubt relies on DHL and Royal Mail to fulfill orders and sometimes there are delivery delays that are out of my reach, therefore The Sense of Doubt cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
If your order takes over 10 business days to arrive (or over the maximum estimated delivery time) after being dispatched please email me at email@example.com. Any returns, refunds or exchanges for lost items are completely up to the discretion of The Sense of Doubt. I strongly recommend the use the Tracked Shipping service for ease of mind.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or if you wish a replacement print when the address provided is not correct. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the case that the courier cannot deliver the print(s) to the provided address because the receiver was absent or an incorrect address was provided by the recipient, it is the reponsibility of the recipient to pick up the print from their local post shop or to get in touch at email@example.com within 30 days after placing the order to ask about the whereabouts of the print. In case the print is returned to me because it was not picked up by the recipient on time, the recipient is entitled to a replacement but it is the responsibiity of the recipient to pay for the additional P&P (£10).
